• Registration & Deposits

Register online to start bidding. All new bidders are required to pay a refundable £250 deposit through our secure Stripe payment system. New buyers are initially subject to a £3,000 spending limit.

• Online Bidding

Our auctions are held online every Wednesday. Browse our catalogue, place bids or enter your maximum bid. Our automated bidding system will bid on your behalf up to your chosen limit.

• Viewing

We strongly recommend viewing lots before bidding. Viewing is available by appointment only on auction day. All goods are sold as seen, so please check descriptions and condition information carefully.

• Payment

All purchases must be paid for in full by 12:00 noon on the Friday following the auction. Payment is accepted by bank transfer only. Stripe is used exclusively for bidder deposits.

• Collection

Collections are available Thursday 09:30–14:30 and Friday 09:30–12:00. No collections are permitted on auction day (Wednesday). Late collections are subject to storage charges of £25 + VAT per lot, per day.

• Delivery

Unable to collect? Independent furniture delivery services may be available. Visit our Delivery page to request a quotation before bidding.

• Buyer's Premium & VAT

A buyer's premium of 26.5% plus VAT applies to all lots. Please ensure you factor this into your maximum bid before bidding. Any additional VAT applicable to individual lots will be shown in the auction catalogue.

• Winning Bids & Invoices

If you are the successful bidder, an invoice will be issued following the auction. Please check your invoice carefully and ensure payment is completed within the stated deadline.

• Important Information Before Bidding

All bids are legally binding. We strongly recommend reading the full lot description, checking measurements and reviewing all available photographs before placing a bid. Buyers are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for their requirements.

We provide regular vendor statements and prompt payments by bank transfer, helping suppliers maintain a steady cash flow.

We can provide regular stock reports and detailed sales statements, helping suppliers monitor stock movements and auction performance.

• Brand Protection & Confidentiality

We understand the importance of protecting manufacturers' and retailers' brands. We can accommodate de-branding requirements and work with suppliers to ensure appropriate handling of brand-sensitive stock.

• Furniture Preparation

Where appropriate, minor repairs and furniture preparation can be undertaken to improve presentation and maximise potential selling prices.

• Reserve Prices

Reserve prices can be agreed where appropriate, allowing suppliers greater control over the minimum acceptable selling price.
